'Your Big Shoulder’, a Community Website, is currently under construction. It will be completely free and
anonymous.

Your Big Shoulder will let you share your emotions and problems online through the medium of film and subject
forums. It will give you the opportunity to speak to others, identify with them and share similar experiences.
Whether you’ve just got divorced, feel stressed, suffered a bereavement, or found out that you’re pregnant,
there are others in a similar situation to you who can help. Your Big Shoulder will provide instant support and
connect you to a community of people with shared experiences. It will be a ‘self-help film site’.

You will be able to:

• search through our subject index
• watch short films of other people's experiences
• make and send us your own film about your experience which we will monitor and then pload
• connect with others who share your problems and concerns through our subject-based forums
• link through to other relevant organisations for further information on your subject
